Working Out vs. Being Nice

First of all, there are a few very important things you need to know about me. I LOVE working out. If given a spare two hours of free time, I would most defiantly hit the gym. Secondly, I need at least 8 hours of sleep to be a decent human being. With that said, I have tried several different ways to carve out time for myself to workout after each addition to the family.

With the first child (CT), I was able to work out at home during nap time until he got old enough to go to the gym daycare. Sadly enough, my sweet first born wanted NOTHING to do with the gym daycare. The crying (red face, big tears, trembling jaw, snot dripping out of the nose kind of crying) and clinging to my leg was too much guilt for me to handle. What cruel mother would ever leave her first born son kicking and screaming in the care of who knows who those day care people are anyway and they can
